Green Orchyd was born out of concern for the environment, and the lack of an online market place to buy all things eco, sustainable and fair-trade. The fashion industry is the second most toxic industry after oil, and at Green Orchyd, we strive to curate fashionable, modern pieces that are easy on the earth and better for its people.

Every item on our site is carefully selected, and meets strict eco-friendly standards. And every item is labelled according to how it was made, whether that be fair trade, organic, recycled/upcycled, vegan or sustainable. Transparency is important to us, as I know it is to you.

It’s my goal to provide consumers with a place to shop without guilt; to feel good about their purchases, one piece at a time.  I strive to use eco-friendly practices in the company by re-using packaging; buying post-consumer recycled boxes and shipping envelopes; using eco-friendly toner and reducing paper waste. We donate to various charities in the community such as Ronald McDonald House and McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center.
